White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

At the end of the world, a star is described as falling to Earth and poisoning the waters, a star called Wormwood.

Mrs. Wormwood claims to not be of this planet, though in fact she is an ordinary white dragon, albeit a rather confused one. When asked, she says she is Bane, an alien species that consumes the planets they encounter.

She claims to have come to Earth drawn here by the human race, a race that is hungry for new food, new drink, and new tastes. All day and every day, humans eat. They gorge, feast, chew, and bite, on everything sweet, hot, cold, and sticky... By now, the dragon who asked is usually sorry they asked, and wishes Mrs. Wormwood would just go away.

The delusional Mrs. Wormwood has other plans, though. One day, she is sure, the planet shall be hers. She's creating a new drink that she thinks will enslave all beings on the planet and convert them to Bane. It's an organic drink, so of course it will be effective.

Surely no one will dare stand in her way.
