Unlike Chaussure, Once in a Blue Shoe loves his shoes. He especially enjoys stomping in puddles. He loves playing with the young storm dragons, since their lack of control often causes it to rain. Though some of the dragons, like the d'Eau family, consider him a nuisance, the rest of the dragons view him with great affection, much like the family pet.
