Aria dragons are a brightly-colored and sprightly breed, perhaps most adored for their lyric calls. Their song-like melodies fill the areas they inhabit; their coos resemble those of birds, only more elegant and refined. They have fairly strong magical capabilities, but tend to reserve these strengths for last-minute defense, choosing to live their lives in simple peace. Arias, sticking to the tropics, typically live quite far from human settlements, giving rise to the previously held belief that they had gone extinct.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Masca is a calm and reserved dragon. Her age has given her wisdom and experience. Her many love interests has brought her fame among troubled lovers. Her personality is vital to advising dragons who come from across the land to seek her advice. Some dragons come heartbroken and full of sorrow, and underneath the cool, blue eyes and soothing words of Masca, their troubles are temporarily calmed. Others wish to woo their love interest, and come to ask Masca for help. Still others seek her aid to resolve conflicts in an already existing relationship.

Masca does not claim to be a miracle worker. She does not claim to resolve all problems. She does not always help a dragon win the favor of another. Instead, she serves as a much needed listener to others' woes and proffers advice she feels reasonable to tell. She isn't a matchmaker or a concocter of love potions; she helps soothe and repair the mental damages caused by love, and prevent love from causing damage.
