Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Niebelung roams the deep tunnels and caverns connected to his clan's cave. He knows the underdeep of the mountains better than any other of Herk's dragons and has his own ways which connect to Floranina's web of hunting tunnels beneath the forest as well as to the tunnels of old long-gone dwarven cities, where he finds treasures like magic caps or rings to add to his hort.

Until recently he preferred to mostly keep to himself but after finding Peble—the fruit of a passionate night between himself and Floranina—he decided to look after the hatchling instead of abandoning it like the mother had. Consequently he is seen more and more often in the company of his child, who used some of the old dwarven magic to stay young and small forever—never to grow into competition and forever able to explore the smaller and narrower passages under the mountain.
