Daydream Dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spend the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near Daydream Dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they could end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Nubilium is motherly and mischievous. She could easily be compared to a bored parent, as she loves those around her, she can't help herself when the opportunity for drama arrises. With her ability to influence daydreams, she can supply odd, amusing, and surprising images for humans and, occasionally, dragons. Despite her fun-loving prankster side, she is fiercely loyal to her pride of collectively adopted dragons. Nubilium is often the voice of reason when idiotic decisions and unnecessary conflict come to pass. Despite her size and fragile facade, Nubi is a fierce fighter but prefers not to get her claws dirty. Most times, she can be mature before the allure to mischief can get to her, but she isn't perfect. Despite her flaws, she's a great cuddler and loves papaya and blueberries. If you help her brush her mane and tail or fluff her cloud, she will love you forever, though that is a task in and of itself. Nubilium Filum is the best mom-friend and will always help you prank a human.
