Sunset Dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset Dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Sinrisien was given the title of Star due to the nature of the stars themselves- fiercely burning hot entities lost and alone in the forlorn reaches of space. Once gentle and trusting, again and again she was taken advantage of by mates who broke her heart out of selfishness or cruelty. Her trust in other dragons is now absent- and any male that dares to court her is spurned with fear and disgust. Deep within her heart she longs to be truly loved and healed from the painful memories of her past, but she has locked away that vulnerable part of herself so that it cannot be used against her. She flies the night skies to escape from her loneliness, a beautiful but fallen star.
