Neotropical Dragons are a breed that originate in rainforests. They are fun-loving and enjoy lounging on tree branches, eating whatever fruit they find. They are also often found sunning themselves on rocks, using their large wings to soak up the rays. In the summer, males compete for mates by showing off their striped wings and gliding in spirals down the tree trunks. It is said that the larger the wings, the more likely the male will attract a suitable mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tweek is quite an interesting fella. He lives in the rainforest with many other Neotropical dragons; he is fun-loving, a great flyer... and well, a tiny bit "off his rocker". He's twitchy and fidgety and can never stay put in one place for too long. Some might call him crazy, but he is actually a very smart inventor and is exceptionally great at math. He is often seen by the other dragons writing math problems in the mud with his tail. Even though he is smart, he does, in fact have a little insane side in him. He used to think that the potatoes that grew underground would rise up and rage war against the fruits like bananas, but he now knows that's highly improbable. Tweek is a very nice guy if you get to know him, and even with all the things people tease him about and the names they call him, he is very kind and is very protective of his closest friends. He has a keen interest in a Terrae dragon named Pepkins, but he doesn't let on that he likes her. If only he knew she liked him too.
