Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It was born with a full set of wings.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Petal loves the scent of lilac more than anything. Every spring she collects as many petals as she can asking the Spring dragons to cast their magic to keep them fresh all year round. She sleeps on her bed of petals, and the only dragon she's ever willing to share with is Rose Nylund the elderly Rosebud.
