Nhiostrife Wyverns are one of the few known breeds of wyvern with more than one set of wings. Because of their four wings, Nhiostrifes are very nimble in the air and control their movements with ease. When it’s mating season, males put on a very beautiful and unique air dance in an attempt to charm a female. The amount of stripes on their wings vary, with more stripes being more attractive, although most have only two to four. Their general attitude is very passive and curious—they only fight if they or their families are in danger.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Khoshekh is part of a small, tight-knit group of Nhiostrifes living in a remote desert valley hidden up in the mountains. This remote vale is a place of strange occurrences and even stranger dragons and they have little to no contact to the outside world.

Khoshekh's egg was hit by several curses while he was still in it. As a result he is unable to communicate telepathically and his throat can only form purrs and hisses. Moreover one of the curses affected his mind and he acts far more like a Drake than any dragon should. In fact many residents of the vale mistook him for a Howler despite evidence to the contrary like his size or the number of his wings. The dragons in the vale don't believe in judging by appearances. The worst part of his life were the early years when he was stuck unmovable hovering in the air (there were a LOT of curses hitting his egg) but recently, after he was attacked and hurt, that particular curse was broken and Khoshekh now enjoys his newly won freedom.
