Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Kwntkz lives in a city entirely of dracons. She, along with her mate Aeneatikoi, are mostly looked upon as the city's leaders despite her mate's ineptitude at memory. She, however, is quite skilled at remembering and tracking several things in her head, and there are many rumors about her mental capabilities. Though some of the rumors hint at her being quite unsafe, none distrust her judgement.

Kwntkz loves politics, and will absorb anything she hears about current events worldwide, and what she cannot remember instantly (which is very little) she looks up in her mate's notes. She has an inexplicable obsession with the number four, which was only amplified when Singer of Souls called her "0fNO4" the time she passed through her city.
