Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Flame is a very regal dragon. She is part of the 12th generation of thuwed dragons descending from Tu0thoum Thuwed and Jidhajo Thuwed, and the 15th generation descending from The Original Midas Dorkface and The Original Shallyna'ar. She has had one egg with her friend Flare, but abandoned it soon after laying it. She and Flare are not mates, and the egg they had together was just an accident. It is behind them now, as Flame refuses to mate with any dragon and Flare refuses to talk about the egg.

Flame Dorkwed and Flare Rine's egg is somewhere safe in the universe of dragons and dragon tamers. No one has seen it since they abandoned it, but Flame has a mother's intuition that it is safe with a kind master.
