Purchasing Policies

All on-site purchases are subject to the following terms:

Cancellation

PayPal subscriptions (created via the “Subscribe” buttons) must be cancelled via PayPal. In the event of a cancellation, ads will still be removed for the remainder of the time listed in “My Subscription Status.”

Refunds

Once advertiement removal has been activated, it can not be refunded. Requests for refunds will be denied. If your account is disabled for violating the site rules, you will not receive a refund.

Chargebacks

A chargeback on a transaction (effectively claiming that you did not receive what you paid for) will result in an immediate and permament account ban, regardless of how the chargeback dispute is resolved. If you do not receive your subscription automatically after one day, please email us rather than filing a chargeback.

Downtime

In the event of extended downtime lasting longer than six (6) hours, users with active subscriptions may receive compensation credit. This will be determined on an as-needed basis.

Changes

Changes to this policy will only affect transactions made after the change. Policy changes will be announced via the Dragon Cave Forum. Users will not be individually notified.
