Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Gordion, like his distant relative, Slyvia, is of the legendary Thuwed descent. He is very proud of this. While he is not arrogant, others often take him to be. He has a hard time understanding this, and Ordacleaphobia's behavior around him makes him think there is something horribly wrong with him. He fails to realize that Ordacleaphobia is just afraid of being cast out due to only being a bronze tinsel. He is fond of children and is very patient with most visitors.
